A soft, lightly sweet loaf cake made in one bowl and finished with a smooth maple glaze. This simple everyday bake requires no mixer and stays moist for days. Perfect sliced alongside coffee or tea.
Ingredients
- For the loaf: 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup brown sugar (or coconut sugar)
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
