Ingredients

  • For the loaf: 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar (or coconut sugar)
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup dairy-free milk (oat or soy)
  • 1/3 cup neutral oil or melted dairy-free butter
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • For the maple glaze: 3/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 2-3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1-2 tsp dairy-free milk (as needed)

Instructions

  1. 1
    Preheat and prep

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 C). Line an 8.5 x 4.5-inch loaf pan with parchment.

  2. 2
